1. Agreement to these Terms
By inviting, accessing, or using Riffly, its Discord bot, dashboard, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Riffly service
Riffly provides Discord music playback, queue management, playlists, audio controls, recommendations, server configuration, analytics, and related dashboard features. Features may be changed, added, limited, or removed as the service evolves.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
- Do not use Riffly for unlawful activity or to violate Discord rules or third-party rights.
- Server administrators are responsible for how Riffly is configured and used in their communities.
4. Discord permissions and accounts
Riffly relies on Discord accounts, guilds, voice channels, and permissions. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Discord account and granting only permissions you are comfortable providing.
5. Music and third-party services
Playback and metadata may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, Lavalink infrastructure, and content providers. Riffly does not own third-party music and cannot guarantee that any particular track, provider, or integration will remain available.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Riffly reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, Discord changes, network failures, or other events may interrupt features without notice.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to protect Riffly, its users, infrastructure, or third parties, including in response to abuse or material violations of these Terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Riffly is not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, third-party service failures, or interruptions arising from use of the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as Riffly changes. The date above indicates the latest revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
